Kitchen/Catering items can only be returned if broken/damaged. Any damages MUST be reported within 24 hours of receipt via email with an image of the damages & your order number. If you have ordered the wrong size/item you are welcome to send it back to us at your own cost & we will credit you once received. This is only valid for items ordered within a 21 day period. Please note due to supply issues on non stock items we are unable to give you ETA on selected items however if you would like an update please email sales@s-m-l.net with your order number and product code and we will do our best to obtain one for you.
